My goal is to help all those who want it. Whether it's through programming or 1-on-1 coaching. Twin Suns Athletics was built to give people the chance to make a change in their life.
I strive to provide what you need to succeed based on a comprehensive fitness assessment, your goals, and what motivates you to make healthier choices. From there I will build a program and we will meet on a basis that works with your schedule.

I suffered a back injury which made everyday life a struggle. So, I sought out a trainer and that's when I met Michael. After a consultation and assessment, he developed a plan specific to me. Through his encouragement, progressive plan, and my determination I am lifting weights, working with a kettlebell, and a weighted medicine ball. I can now walk 4 miles without pain, run upstairs, and lift everyday items with no pain. I'm beginning to get my life back!

I started working with Michael in March of 2022, seven weeks after having weight loss surgery. I wanted to lose the wight evenly, while also minimizing accumulating loose skin. Michael and I met to discuss my needs and what I wanted from a program, he then put together a plan for me. We started with a small basic plan. It has now been 3 months since I started. I am now using 10lbs-12lbs dumbbells, a regular lift bar with 12 plus pounds on each side, and I am also doing planks. I have not only lost weight evenly, but I have started to gain muscle. Michael always changes my programs as needed, always asks how I feel from one workout to the next, and he always encourages me as well as listens. When I started, I was 235lbs now I weigh 193 and I am living my best life!
